This privacy policy applies to the Space Pingu app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Kory (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at pingusjump@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact pingusjump@gmail.com.
